    3. Order Confirmation and Delivery

    Once you place an order and confirm payment, our team will personally contact you to confirm the delivery details. If there are any changes or special requests regarding your order, you can communicate those during the confirmation call.

    We dispatch the material via transport, and you will receive the LR (Lorry Receipt) details on WhatsApp. Once the shipment reaches your location, the transporter will contact you for collection.

    4. No Return Policy

    We do not accept returns once a product is delivered. All sales are considered final. We encourage users to review product details carefully before placing an order.

    If you receive a damaged product or suspect a leakage or breakage, please inform us immediately upon receiving the product. Our support team will verify and assist with a resolution wherever possible.
