Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Vadodara. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with dealers and distributors, handling client communication, and supporting the company’s sales growth across various regions. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with customers, maintaining market relationships, generating leads, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business targets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships effectively. Experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management will be considered an advantage. Applicants should have good negotiation, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities, along with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer operations. Knowledge of agriculture products or the agri-industry is a plus. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
