1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after we receive payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to verify transport and destination details before dispatch.

2. Shipping and Dispatch Process

  • After confirmation, products are dispatched through our trusted transport partners depending on your delivery location.
  • All our deliveries are made on a "To-Pay" basis — this means the transport charge is paid by the customer at the time of receiving the goods.
  • After dispatch, you will receive the LR (Lorry Receipt) or tracking details via WhatsApp or call for easy tracking.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • The estimated delivery period ranges from 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location, availability of transport, and route conditions.
  • Please note, remote or rural regions might experience a slight delay due to logistical limitations.
  • We do our best to ensure timely deliveries, and our team remains in touch with you until the product reaches your location.

4. Shipping Charges

  • As all orders are delivered through To-Pay transport, shipping charges will be collected by the transporter directly at the time of delivery.
  • The exact amount of the transport charge depends on the product volume, weight, and distance to your location.
  • If you require an estimate beforehand, you can contact our team during the order confirmation process.

5. Delivery Confirmation and Receipt

  • Once your order reaches the nearest transport hub, the transporter will call you to coordinate pickup or local delivery (depending on the service).
  • We request customers to inspect the package at the time of collection. If you notice any leakage or damage, please report it to us immediately.

6. Shipping Delays and Exceptions

  • Delays may happen due to external factors such as weather, strikes, road issues, or transport unavailability.
  • If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days of dispatch, kindly contact our team for tracking and assistance.
